Flex Stay is 100% compliant with the 2026 BC and Alberta rental legislations. For stays exceeding 90 nights in Vancouver and 180 nights in Calgary, our suites are classified as long-term residential housing, which exempts them from provincial short-term registration requirements. For any permitted shorter terms, we maintain valid City Business Licences and Provincial STR Registrations as required by law. Every booking is backed by a formal residential agreement and itemized billing to satisfy strict enterprise "Duty of Care" and tax auditing standards.
