3. The "Sovereign" Hardware & Usage Guarantee

- Zero Monitoring: Flex Stay does not monitor, record, or track private user activity, browsing history, or workstation usage on provided LG or VariDesk hardware.
- Service Fulfillment: We use your contact data for processing payments, vetting corporate affiliations, and sending vital stay notifications via secure SMS.
- Technical Support: Usage data is limited to hardware connectivity status (e.g., Wi-Fi uptime) to provide proactive technical support for your Sovereign Workstation.
