We understand that unexpected events can happen. For this reason, we strongly recommend that all guests purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy to cover unforeseen circumstances that may lead to cancellation.
Guest Cancellation: The specific cancellation policy for your booking will be clearly outlined during the reservation process.
Cancellation Policy (Two-Part Payment): To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit of the total booking cost will be charged at the time of reservation. The remaining 50% balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 30 days prior to your check-in date. By confirming your reservation, you agree to the following cancellation policy:
Refund Timeline: All eligible refunds are processed within 30 business days from the date of cancellation. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used.
Chargebacks: If a chargeback is initiated by the guest, the refund process will be paused and transferred to a formal dispute resolution handled by the financial institutions. This process can take up to 90 days or longer to resolve. Guests are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve any issues and avoid chargebacks, which significantly delay the refund process
Our service is considered fulfilled once the check-in time has passed and property access has been granted, regardless of whether the guest occupies the property.
Check-in/Check-out: Our standard check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Property Condition: Guests are responsible for leaving the property in a clean and orderly condition upon check-out.
